Wilcox Communities is a family-owned, award winning company that is one of the country’s premier builders and developers of maintenance-free living. Their communities offer an easier lifestyle without the hassle of exterior maintenance, and many luxurious amenities such as clubhouses, heated pools, walking trails, and more.

Wilcox Communities was in need of a branded folder for their new and prospective resident packages. Forts Studios was excited to create a custom solution to serve as a foundation for their communications packets. For the exterior of the folder we focused heavily on the branding colors, with a single attractive community photo. The inside of the folder highlights several high-end photos that showcase the luxurious features of their communities. The final design was received with excitement and put into use immediately.
