Automotive Dealership Materials

ToughGuard High Performance Coatings is committed to providing customers around the globe with eco-friendly products that are the “best of the best” in surface protection. Their products protect high-value assets such as aircraft, yachts, shipping vessels, and RVs from harsh environmental elements such as UV rays, chemicals, pollution, acid rain, bird droppings, bugs, tree sap and more.

FortsStudios recently teamed up with ToughGuard in a long-term initiative to help bring their products into the automotive dealership market. This was a unique experience where my role was not just one of graphic designer, but as Creative Director for the entire project. As the creative lead I was responsible for advising the team on branding decisions and providing direction for all marketing materials. I also helped plan and implement our attendance at the SEMA automotive trade show in Las Vegas two years in a row, where I was responsible for analyzing the competition and interacting with customers in the booth.

These are two examples from the auto dealership package we developed. The first is an informational desk mat. Desk mats like this are excellent sales tools for presenting a product like ToughGuard during the purchase process at the dealership. The second piece is a sales brochure to help educate potential customers on the benefits of the product. In addition to these we also planned signage for the dealership floor, instructional posters for the application crew, window stickers for treated vehicles, and more.
