Wilcox Communities is a family-owned, award winning company that is one of the country’s premier builders and developers of maintenance-free living. Their communities offer an easier lifestyle without the hassle of exterior maintenance, and many luxurious amenities such as clubhouses, heated pools, walking trails, and more.

Shown here are two samples of materials we created for The Aubrey, a luxury apartment complex located only one mile from The Ohio State University and just moments from the best dining, parks, and art scenes in Columbus. The first sample features table tents used to generate interest for the new complex. 

The second sample features a series of floorplan sheets that we designed for each of the Wilcox Communities locations. These may look simple but it was actually a very involved project. We started with CAD drawings provided by the architectural firm that designed the building. Those files were then heavily edited, cleaned up, and standardized to make a cohesive set. It took a lot of detailed work, like putting together a big puzzle. Ultimately we ended up with a collection of floorplan sheets to help potential residents compare available apartment spaces.
