Wilcox Communities is a family-owned, award winning company that is one of the country’s premier builders and developers of maintenance-free living. Their communities offer an easier lifestyle without the hassle of exterior maintenance, and many luxurious amenities such as clubhouses, heated pools, walking trails, and more.

Shown here are a few samples of various pieces we created for multiple properties. The first is a two-sided handout piece highlighting the luxury and ranch-style apartment homes of Wilcox Communities. The front features several photos and general company information. The back of the piece includes addresses for each community, as well as a custom designed map that shows their locations around Central Ohio.

The second piece is an example of the site plans we created for several communities. For these projects we relied on the property renderings provided by the architectural firm. The renderings frequently needed to be edited and formatted for branding consistency, but they provided a good start. Additionally, certain communities were constructed in multiple phases which needed to be reflected in the site plan sheets.

The third sample features a series of review cards that we designed for all of the properties. In an effort to generate more reviews, Wilcox decided to produce business cards for each of their properties with QR codes to Apartments.com, ApartmentRatings.com, and Google. These cards were kept in the rental office and handed out to all new residents.
