Maxpert Medical is a global provider of innovative and specialty medical products expertly designed to improve care. Utilizing their healthcare, engineering and manufacturing expertise, they deliver simple, creative and trusted medication management and medication safety product solutions.

Maxpert was in need of high-quality instruction photos for their Silent Knight pill crusher. In a hospital setting, devices like these are critical for healthcare workers to administer medication to patients on feeding tubes and those with difficulty swallowing. With my background in medical product photography, I was eager to jump in and help.

It can be challenging to shoot step-by-step photos from a user’s perspective, but shots like this are a valuable educational tool in the medical device industry. Proper instruction leads to proper use, ultimately resulting in safer patient care and less waste. The final instruction photos proved to be a great resource for hospitals and other healthcare workers.
