Tri-Fold Design
The Guitar Build Workshop immerses customers in the art of guitar building. During a full-day workshop their staff will teach you everything you need to know about the process, then walk you through the hands-on experience of sanding, staining, building, and setting up your own guitar. It is a fun and relaxed class for anyone of all skill levels, even non-guitarists. I’ve been there myself and I highly recommend it!
Nashville is a town that thrives on tourism. The Guitar Build Workshop had seen some success by placing tri-fold brochures in various tourist areas throughout town, but they felt that an updated design might help drive even more traffic to the workshop.
We started by refining the overall messaging of the brochure. The Guitar Build Workshop is an experience for people of all ages and experience levels, so it was critical that the brochure convey that to potential customers. The workshop is also a fun experience, but there can be some anxiety about deciding to take a class like this. So it was important that the brochure portray the class in a fun, stress-free way.
We chose a combination of clean and rustic fonts to give it a Nashville vibe, using the orange from the workshop’s logo as an accent color throughout. And we felt that the best way to illustrate the fun atmosphere of the workshop was through pictures. LOTS of pictures (including a photo of the guitar that yours truly built).
The brochure was very well received, and we wish the Guitar Build Workshop the best of luck as they grow and expand their operation!
